Onboarding inquiries

If you submit the onboarding form, we store your name, email, phone number, and any optional location, experience, interest, and message you provide. Apex Capital Ventures LLC uses this information to review your inquiry and contact you about joining the Apex team or sales training. Your submission is available only in the owner’s private admin dashboard, where the owner can record follow-up status and notes. The form temporarily keeps a random submission reference in your browser’s session storage to help prevent duplicate retries. It does not save your contact details or message in browser storage, and the reference is removed after a confirmed submission.

We use Web3Forms to send Bradley a notification when a submission arrives. The notification contains a submission reference and dashboard link, not your contact details or message. You can request correction or deletion of your inquiry by emailing Bradley.

When available, an inquiry also includes non-personal campaign labels (source, medium, and campaign name) or the referring website domain. These help us understand which recruiting links lead to inquiries. We do not save full referring URLs. This attribution is omitted when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Do not put personal information in campaign links.

Recruiting email list

The optional recruiting-email checkbox adds your name and email to our promotional mailing list. Submitting an onboarding inquiry alone does not subscribe you. We record the signup time and permission source. Recruiting emails are sent through Resend, which processes email addresses and delivery information and provides unsubscribe handling. Every promotional campaign includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request removal by emailing Bradley. Contact and campaign records are visible only in the owner’s private dashboard.

Website analytics

We count page views, email-link clicks, join-team link clicks, and the first interaction with the inquiry form to understand how the website is used. Our analytics stores daily totals by page, referring website domain, and broad device type. We also record visit time, the page viewed or type of recruiting action, IP address when supplied by our hosting provider, browser and operating-system family, and approximate city, region, and country when available. Detailed visit records are visible only to the owner in the private admin dashboard.

Detailed records use a rolling 30-day window. Records older than 30 days are deleted when new visits are recorded or the owner opens the visitor dashboard. Daily aggregate totals may remain longer. Analytics does not collect form values. We do not store full referring URLs or full browser user-agent strings, identify visitors by name, or use tracking cookies. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. IP addresses can be shared or change, and approximate locations may be inaccurate; neither reliably identifies a person.

The hosting provider processes requests to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
